HANOI, August 13, 2026 – VTI has been named a Bronze Stevie® Award winner in the AI Company of the Year category at The 23rd Annual International Business Awards® (IBAs), recognizing the company’s progress in building an AI-native organization and systematically integrating AI across software delivery and enterprise operations.
Recognition of VTI’s AI-Native Transformation
The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program, with the 2026 IBAs receiving entries from organizations in 82 nations and territories. Introduced for the first time in 2026, the AI Company of the Year category recognizes organizations demonstrating how AI is being embedded into their operations, products, and services at scale.
VTI was recognized for its organization-wide approach to AI adoption, developed over the past two years to move AI from individual experimentation toward a governed operating model spanning engineering, operations, governance, and workforce development.
At the core of this transformation is VTI.ACE (AI Center of Excellence), which leads AI strategy and capability development across the organization. VTI has also developed an internal AI ecosystem including V-Copilot (VTI’s in-house AI engineering platform), the AIWS (AI Work System) for AI-assisted software delivery, and VAI-OPS for applying GenAI to IT operations.
These capabilities are supported by a company-wide GenAI governance framework and workforce development programs, including training more than 500 engineers through the Claude Partner Network.
“This is an exceptionally strong nomination that demonstrates outstanding innovation, measurable business impact, and high-quality execution. A coherent, well-structured AI-native operating model, shown as an embedded practice, not aspiration,” the Stevie judges remarked on VTI’s winning entry this year.
This milestone reflects VTI’s ambition to build an organization where AI is embedded not only in technology but also in how people learn, work, develop software, innovate, and create value. Along its AI-native journey, VTI is committed to bringing together AI capabilities and industry expertise to turn emerging technologies into practical solutions that create measurable and lasting business value.
