Client’s Requirements
To remain competitive in the rapidly evolving insurance landscape, our client aimed to enhance their existing website by integrating cutting-edge video call features.
Unlike typical solutions, this feature was designed with intense security and complex workflows. It only allows a maximum of 4 participants per video call to ensure the highest level of data protection.
On top of that, the website must support real-time contract adjustments, document sharing, and signing processes followed by 72 distinct procedures. Each of these has to run seamlessly on the web, across multiple platforms and devices. This is where VTI’s collaboration with our client began.
VTI’s Solution
VTI offers a robust solution with the following key actions:
- Analyzed 72 different procedures for information exchange, contract signing and adjustment.
- Created detailed test cases for all 72 procedures and conducted repeated testing in simulated environments to ensure compatibility across platforms and devices.
- Scope of responsibilities included coding, unit testing (UT), and integration testing (IT).
