VTI & ATEC Form Strategic Partnership to Accelerate Innovation in the Automotive Industry

Powering the Next Chapter of Japanese Automotive Innovation

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Tran Xuan Khoi – CEO of VTI, and Mr. Tachibana Toru – President of ATEC, officially signed the MOU, affirming their collaboration built on mutual trust and a shared vision for sustainable growth. The partnership aims to foster innovation in automotive technology and develop smarter, safer mobility solutions for the future.

Through the establishment of an Offshore Development Center (ODC) in Vietnam, both companies envision creating a core development hub for AUTOSAR in the region. The ODC is powered by deep AUTOSAR expertise, strong automotive domain knowledge, and various development toolchains utilization proficiency, delivering comprehensive engineering services. 

Backed by VTI’s scalable workforce of over 1,800 offshore engineers and 250 Bridge System Engineers (BrSE) based in Japan, the partnership is well-positioned to deliver automotive software solutions that meet global standards.  As part of the roadmap, VTI plans to further expand its development teams in Japan and Vietnam, strengthening overall capacity and operational efficiency.
