“We have learned from real-world cases of data leaks caused by improper AI usage. That’s why we embed information security deeply into every stage of AI deployment” Mrs. Hien emphasized.

All employees undergo mandatory Information Security Management System (ISMS) training, which includes real-life case studies and AI safety protocols. These sessions are updated regularly and delivered twice a year, covering how to use AI safely, identify risks, and maintain data protection at all times.

VTI’s security-first approach ensures that innovation doesn’t come at the cost of safety – a balance crucial to delivering trustworthy solutions.

Building In-House AI-powered Tools for Greater Impact

While leveraging external AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude, VTI also invests heavily in developing our  AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and optimize internal operations.

Among these innovations are:

• V-Copilot: An AI-powered assistant designed to support both operations and software development. It helps developers review code, suggest improvements, and accelerate the delivery process, while also assisting non-technical teams with smart suggestions and task automation.
• Voice-to-Text Meeting Tools: Automatically transcribes meetings and generates summaries, improving documentation and follow-up.
