Their goal was to deliver higher value to patients while expanding accessibility through both PC and mobile devices with a high level of responsiveness.

Patient-Doctor Matching: Finding and recommending doctors based on patient requirements
Online Appointment Management: Online scheduling system for appointment booking
Online Medical Questionnaires: Customizable general and specialized pre-consultation forms/ questionnaires
Remote Instructions: Doctors can issue treatment guidance digitally
Telemedicine: One-on-one video consultations between doctors and patients for remote diagnosis and follow-ups.
