Customer Requirements

A health check-up support system designed to streamline operations at mobile health screening sites, including transportation, setup, installation, operation, removal, and preparation.

  • The system must be implemented without altering staff’s existing workflows or on-site staff assignments.
  • The system should feature a user-friendly UI that remains easy to use even for new staff, as well as for elderly staff.

Project Overview

To address these challenges, our team developed a smart support system with key features and benefits:

Simplified Reception

  • Pre-screening data retrieval: Before departure, the system automatically retrieves scheduled information on data collection terminals.
  • Automated patient identification: Assigns reception numbers to individuals on the day of the check-up.
  • Label printing: Prints barcode label stickers as needed, reducing manual paperwork.
  • Barcode-based reception: Issues and scans temporary reception barcodes for faster processing.
  • Patient search & registration: Enables quick lookup and temporary registration of new patients.

Examination Support

  • IC card, barcode, and QR code scanning: Instantly retrieves patient information for accurate identification.
  • Bluetooth-enabled data transmission: Connects with medical measurement devices to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Test/ Sample workflow & progress tracking: Enhances operational efficiency by managing the flow of various tests and sample collectionshealth-check-up-support-system
