In this project, VTI partnered with a prominent Japanese mutual insurance organization with over 70 years of experience serving millions of farmers and rural residents. Using Flutter, we delivered a cutting-edge insurance mobile app with advanced features and top-tier security to meet the client’s standards and business needs.

Client’s Requirements

Our client’s existing insurance app was outdated, offering limited features and an interface inadequate for modern business needs. The company required a new application to support accident and natural disaster insurance coverage, featuring enhanced capabilities for insurance claiming process and direct emergency assistance.

To comply with the Japanese government’s strict requirements for information security, the client requested that the application be developed within Japan.

VTI’s Solution

Evaluate the existing application and rebuild it from scratch, creating a detailed design for the client’s requested features.
Utilize Flutter – a hybrid technology to develop a high-performance application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android.
Scope of work: Detailed Design (DD), Coding, Unit Testing (UT), Integration Testing (IT), System Testing (ST).
