The current portal system poses several problems:
- Only serving the purpose of document management/approval, failing to function as a portal connecting all departments.
- Lack of such essential functions as notifications, internal communications, and training support systems.
- Obsolete technologies, unsupported infrastructure(security-wise), unavailable on many devices (mobile, tablet, PC).
- Incoherent system, unconnected to surrounding systems (HR, SAP).
Our solution
- Converting documents and other papers into digital form, creating a paper-free office environment.
- Building a system flexible between on-premises and cloud, uploading applications to the Cloud if possible.
- New applications based on up-to-date technologies (Angular, Linux, My SQL,…) are able to be integrated with LTP’s other ERP applications with high security levels.
- User experience-oriented applications that offer: a user-friendly interface, compatibility with mobile and Windows, easy maintenance, easy function intergeneration, and easy operation.
